Jenna Dewan Tatum And Channing Tatum Have Very Different Diet Plans
Jenna Dewan Tatum and her husband Channing are both in great shape. However, while Jenna relies on a vegan diet to keep her fit post-baby, Channing could never give up meat.
Channing is "a meat eater," Jenna revealed to PEOPLE Magazine on Jan. 22. "We are complete polar opposites that way."
Luckily, Jenna's husband has made an effort to cater to her diet, even tagging along to restaurants that don't serve meat.
"Sometimes I can drag him to my vegetarian vegan restaurants - he politely eats, then promptly goes home and eats what he really wants!" Jenna said, adding "Opposites attract!"
When it comes to the couple's daughter, 7-month-old Everly, Jenna says she is following her diet as opposed to her dad's, but as she gets older, she'll be making her own decisions about her diet.
"She eats fruits and veggies and nothing else," Jenna revealed. "I just want her to be healthy, choose healthy food habits. We'll let her decide."
Although Jenna does her best to maintain a health and consistent diet plan, she admits that it isn't always easy to balance her life with her new duties as a mom.
"I'm trying to do eight million things in an hour. She doesn't like to nap longer than an hour so I've got an hour to get everything I want done!" But despite Jenna's sometimes chaotic life, things in the Tatum house are "very homey and fun. There's lot sof music on and lots of laughter - it's great."
And as for the results of her diet, Channing is definitely a fan. He "loves my new [curvier] figure," Jenna told SELF Magazine in October. "There's no complaints on his side, for sure!"
