Kris Jenner Exercises As Much As Possible, Even At 4:30 A.M.
Kris Jenner is looking great at 58, but according to her, it doesn't come easy. In fact, the Keeping up With The Kardashians star works very hard to keep her slim figure -- even going as far as waking up at 4:30 a.m. to ensure that she stays in tip-top shape.
"I try to work out as much as possible and eat right ... I get up about 4:30 AM and workout," Jenner told the U.K.'s Heat in an all new interview. "I'm a foodie so I love to eat, so it's a problem."
As the end of last year, Jenner sent out an array of tweets and photos of her home gym. One of the tweets read, "Who's with me?? #getmotivated." In another resolution-inspired post, Jenner shared a photo of two rows of stationary bikes, ten bikes in total.
In 2010, Jenner opened up about her struggles with gaining fat in the belly region. At the time, Jenner's sister, Kathy Kaehler, a personal trainer, reworked her fitness routine from a cardio-based program to one which focuses on total body strengthening.
As for that infamous bikini shot Jenner shared last month of herself lying at the pool, the mother of six told the magazine it "was shot from up above," making for a "really good angle."
Also in the magazine, Jenner discussed her new granddaughter, North West.
“She’s really beautiful and she smiles a lot: she’s a great baby,” Kris said. “Thank goodness. If we had a crier on our hands, I’d be out of there!” But when asked if North West will appear on the currently airing ninth season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she said she's “not sure exactly,” since filming hasn't yet wrapped.
