Paris Jackson Is "Doing Great" As She Returns Home From Boarding School
Paris Jackson is reportedly "doing great" after returning home to Calabasas, Calif. The 15-year-old, who was hospitalized last June after an alleged suicide attempt, recently arrived at the home of Katherine Jackson from the Utah boarding school she had been in since leaving treatment in Los Angeles, and has spent the holidays with family.
"Paris is doing great!" a source tells E! News. "Lots of the family members have come by her grandma's house to see her."
In addition to spending some time off in Southern California, Paris also spent time in Hawaii where she and her family, including brother Prince, were seen splashing around their resort pool.
"Paris enjoyed spending time with her brothers (Prince and Blanket and co-guardian, TJ Jackson, in Hawaii for Christmas. It was the first time she had been allowed to leave the boarding school since her suicide attempt last summer," a source revealed to Radar Online.
Unfortunately, when Paris arrived back home to Katherine, who is her other co-guardian, things took a turn for the worse when Katherine demanded Paris return to Utah. According to reports, Katherine was none too pleased about the bikini shots Paris shared while in Hawaii and feels that she will benefit from returning to boarding school.
"The freedom that Paris experienced in Hawaii was intoxicating and she has been fighting with Katherine since returning to the Calabasas mansion a few days ago, because her grandmother is steadfast in her belief that she must go back to Utah."
Paris is "acting like any other teenager... she just wants to be with her friends," the source added.
