Chris Brown Needs Rehab and Intensive Therapy, Source Says
Chris Brown is in dire need of rehab and therapy, E! News reported Monday.
Sources connected to the R&B singer told the site that they were worried about him in light of his arrest last weekend. He was arrested and jailed over a confrontation that took place in Washington, D.C. Those around him now want the Forever singer to enter rehab and intensive therapy.
"He's a good kid, but he keeps messing up," the source said. "He needs help. He keeps self-medicating with weed and alcohol and that's when he always gets in trouble."
Brown's actions over the weekend have also given his inner circle further cause for concern. Allegedly, Brown was outside the W Hotel on K Street and was about to take a picture with two female fans. It was then that two men attempted to photo bomb and Brown responded with a punch to the face to one of the men.
"No one is making excuses for Chris," the source said. "No one is condoning what he has done. But what people don't realize is how bad it's gotten for him. He has all this money and success and he keeps apologizing, but he continues to be one of the most hated people in the business. He gets depressed and then self-medicates. He has a lot of yes-people around him who don't want to help. They just want the money and want to have a good time."
