Zac Efron Finished Secret Rehab Stint
Zac Efron is reportedly doing well now after completing a short rehab stint five months age, Us Weekly reported Tuesday.
The 25-year-old star was "on his best behavior" at the Toronto Film Festival and the source said that he "wasn't drinking."
"He is cutting those toxic people out of his life," the source added. "[His] friends are happy for him."
The former Disney star was at the Toronto Film Festival where he promoted his film Parkland, in which he plays real-life doctor Jim Carrico. Carrico was the 28-year-old first-year surgical resident who had the task of examining the body of President John F. Kennedy.
The High School Musical star is set to star in a few more projects next year. In January, the movie That Awkward Moment will premiere. He stars this film with Miles Teller and Michael Jordan. Then later next year, Neighbors will premiere. He stars this one with Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.
"Zac Efron is incredibly handsome," Rogen said. "I did a scene next to him, and we're both shirtless, and it was a very humbling experience. I marveled that we're literally the same species."
