Justin Timberlake Performs 'Take Back The Night' for 150 Lucky Fans at New Jersey Club
Justin Timberlake elated fans with a surprise performance at Maxwell's, an iconic New Jersey nightclub, on Wednesday evening according to E! News.
The Grammy award winner sent out an invitation to his fans via Twitter earlier in the day. The club had closed its doors on July 31, but opened last night so that Timberlake could perform his single, Take Back the Night. The effort was part of a Target commercial.
Join me & @Target tonight for just one song. Let's "Take Back the Night." First 150 get in. See you there! #MoreJT pic.twitter.com/mxHkgHOhQL

Katie Ritchey was one of the fans who was able to enjoy the performance. She described the one song performance and standing in the rain to get in as being "SO worth standing for 4 hours in line in the drizzle!"
Ritchey said that Timberlake also performed the hook of Sexy Back. She detailed what took place in the nightclub. She raved about how funny he was in person and nice to his fans.
"There was a full brass band but no drums and no guitar. He did a lot of his signature, current dance moves—lots of bobbing and turns. He was wearing an outfit similar to [the one he wore for] his VMA performance! Simple black pants, white short-sleeve button-down with a black horizontal stripe, no hat while he performed but he had been wearing one earlier when spotted on the street. Also, [he had on] AMAZING white shoes with silver tips on the toes. Hair perfectly coiffed in that J.T. style of today, of course!" she said.
