Lauren Silverman Past Teacher Denies Relationship Rumors
Lauren Silverman is catching the attention of a lot of people as the alleged mother of Simon Cowell's baby.
Since the rumos started, a lot of people have researched about her background. One of the reports about her is about her alleged relationship with her former teacher.
Steve Lewis, the former teacher, denied any reports saying that he and pregnant Lauren Silverman had any relationship during the time that he was a teacher and Silverman was a student at Miami Country Day School. The former teacher emailed the New York Daily News on Wednesday and denied the reports saying that he was fired for having a sexual relationship with Silverman.
"There was never any month, month and a half, or two-month affair between me and a student," Lewis wrote. "There was a drunken phone call, late at night, for which I am eternally sorry and remorseful and for which I resigned the following day OVER 20 YEARS AGO."
"Was I naive and even a bit flirtatious with someone 9 years my junior? Yes," he continued. "Was she more sophisticated and wise beyond her years and a socialite even then? Yes."
Lewis asserts that he and Silverman never had a relationship. Furthermore, he doesn't think that this rumor is significant to her current situation.
On July 31, reports surfaced that Silverman is expecting a baby with X Factor judge Simon Cowell, who is close friends with her estranged husband, Andrew Silverman.
A source revealed to Us Weekly this week that that, "Lauren has loved Simon forever. And they started having an affair four years ago."
