Walking Dead Season 4: A sneak peek

In the fourth season of the series, producers say that the zombies are adapting very quickly. They are actually getting smarter.

The fourth season trailer which was debuted at the Comic-Con showed a breed of stronger and savvier 'walkers' as they are called on the hit AMC zombie apocalypse series. They are slowly occupying on the ground of the survivors at their prison enclave.

The fresh show runner, Scott Gimple, said that fans would have to watch it devotedly as it will get insane very quickly.

The Walking Dead producers were joined by such cast members as Andrew Lincoln, Danai Gurira and Norman Reedus.

The clip shown at the pop-culture conventiondisplayed the survivors' barricaded headquarters have been further fortified. Though, several crowds of walkers are attacking the gates and this time they are not scattered out anymore.

Gale Anne Hurd commented that the walkers are a lethal threat this season.

The clip also revealed a disastrousincident inside the prison that results with multiple deaths. At the end of the trailer, Reedus' Daryl is driving a car and a voice on the radio is whispering, 'Those who arrive survive.'

The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkmanpublicized that the wicked Governor played by David Morrissey will come back in the fourth season but the specifics will come as a shock to the viewers.

More than a few Walking Dead fans suggested to the panel what they would like to see in the new season such as Rick and Michonne hooking up.

The fourth season of Walking Dead will debut October 13.
