Get To Know Demi Moore’s Newest Arm Candy, Martin Henderson
Demi Moore, 49, has been spotted getting pretty cozy with New-Zealand born actor Martin Henderson, a man twelve years her junior.
You may remember Henderson as Britney Spears' love interest in her 2004 music video, "Toxic," and movies like "The Ring," "Bride and Prejudice," "Torque," "Little Fish," and the short lived television series, "Off The Map."
Henderson caught the acting bug at just 13 years old. "I've been acting since I was a kid. Because I started so young, it was kind of just a dream to do it as a career." He said. " My father was adamant that I concentrate on my studies so that took a lot of focus. Then I started on a TV show when I was 17. I'd already got into university and I didn't need to do the last year of high school so I thought, great, I'll do this TV series for a year, get some money and fund my way through university. But that was when I really fell in love with acting and wanted to do it professionally."
But, when he moved to Hollywood, he had a difficult time landing reputable roles. He received his big break when he was finally cast in John Woo's war film, "Windtalkers" in 2001.
The hunk has got some serious acting chops, he has dabbled in theater in his early years and is apparently excited at the prospect of giving Broadway one more try. "I'd love to do some Shakespeare, I think that's the ultimate challenge for me. Hamlet - hey, you've got to give it a shot." He said in an interview with Whatsonstage.com.
Moore and Henderson already seem at ease with one another. Photographs taken by Life & Style magazine showed them to be in good spirits as they performed menial chores such as grocery shopping, in New Preston, Conn.
"They were very comfortable with each other," an eyewitness reported.
"She was in line and a Colbie Callait song came on - she started singing along and dancing in a playful, flirty way." Added an another source.
It has been no easy feat for Moore to maintain her youthful good looks. The cougar has gone to extremes to stay looking trim. She admitted to using leeches to detoxify her body during an appearance on the David Letterman show. "These aren't just swamp leeches. We're talking about highly trained medical leeches," she boasted. "These are not just some low-level scavengers; we're talking high-level blood-suckers."
Moore's stay-fit methods may be a bit austere but her incredibly toned figure has made her like catnip to younger men. Seems like ex-husband Ashton Kutcher was just one candidate from a slew of eligible young men to come. Here's to rocking the cradle, Demi!
