Usher’s 11-Year-Old Stepson, Kyle Glover, Dies After Jet-Ski Accident
Tameka Foster, the ex-wife of R&B superstar Usher, was forced to make the decision every parent dread Saturday morning. After being told her 11-year-old son, Kyle Glover, was not expected to recover from a tragic accident that left him brain dead less than a month ago, she allowed doctors to remove him from life support.
"It's very, very, very difficult time right now," a friend of Foster's told E! News. "As a mother, I'm devastated for my friend. Tameka is holding up strong. She is very faithful and puts all her trust in the Lord, truly."
As expected a host of celebrities sent their condolences to Glover's grieving family.
"To lose a child...words can not explain. I witnessed the emptiness in my aunt & uncle's eyes @ my cousin's funeral. Lord have mercy." Tweeted Taraji P. Henson.
Tony Braxton said, "My heart and prayers are with Tameka & Usher and their families. I'm sorry for your lost, I'm here for both of you. From my family to yours."
Russell Simmons, who expressed his concern for Glover after the accident occurred tweeted, "I am sending out every prayer I got to Tameka, Ryan, Usher and their family...#RIPKile."

Glover was struck in the head by a speeding jet-ski, July 8th, on Atlanta's Lake Lanier. The man operating the jet-ski was not under the influence of alcohol or any other narcotics during the accident.
