Kim Kardashian Subpoenas Kris Humphries Ex-Girlfriend Myla Sinanaj
Kris Humphries' girl problems just got worse because Kim Kardashian subpoenaed his ex-girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj for their divorce proceedings.
Humphries is currently locked in a battle with Sinanaj because he claims that she tried to extort money from him in return for silence about their relationship. Reportedly, Humphries worried that his relationship with Sinanaj would affect his divorce proceedings with Kardashian and wanted her to sign a confidentiality agreement. Sinanaj refused and that's when Humphries claimed that she tried to extort him and turned the evidence over to the FBI.
Kardashian is looking to find out if Humphries talked to Sinanaj about the divorce case, especially the allegations that Humphries defrauded Humphries when she filed for divorce. Humphries is asking for $7 million from Kardashian on grounds that the wedding and marriage was a sham. Kardashian also wants to know about texts and emails that Humphries and Sinanaj exchanged.
Sinanaj's attorney, Joe Tacopina, accepted that subpoena on Sinanaj's behalf and said that she will comply with the subpoena.
