Khloe Kardashian-Odom Undergoing Fertility Treatments?
Khloe Kardashian-Odom has never kept the desire to have children with her husband, Lamar Odom a secret. Ever since marrying, the reality star and NBA star have been very vocal about their wants to start a family together. The subject has been an area of great discussion on their reality shows and in the media.
Unfortunately, despite their desire to start a family, Kardashian-Odom has not been able to get pregnant. Now reportedly, the couple, who have been married since September 2009, are undergoing fertility treatments. Reports say that Kardashian-Odom visited the ART Reproductive Center in Beverley Hills on Monday with her sister Kim, where she underwent blood tests so her hormone levels can be evaluated and will start treatment according to the tests.
"She's finally doing this because she has the time now that she's in L.A. full-time again," an insider revealed to Us Weekly magazine.
"They really want to have a baby and are trying everything," another insider told Us Weekly magazine. "Now that they're back home in L.A., they can work on that more. Privately."
Last year Kardashian-Odom commented to People magazine, that she was happy that she did not get pregnant before her move to Dallas, when Odom was traded to the Dallas Mavericks. Kardashian-Odom commented that having a baby along with the move would have been too stressful.
"It's frustrating when you hear so many rumors because it makes you almost want to put pressure on yourself," Kardashian told People magazine. "But looking back, I think everything happens for a reason. I don't think I could have dealt with everything at one time. Doing this trade and my husband's emotions and going through all that is so stressful."
Kardashian-Odom and Odom have since stopped filming their reality show to have a break and enjoy some privacy.
"I think, 'Gosh, what if I did get pregnant last season or a few months ago?," she continued. "Or what if I had a newborn baby and all this trade stuff happened?'"
